Practical self-defense is the focus!

Starting from beginner levels, much of this training is included in our core Kung Fu program, but is also offered as separate training.

There are two streams—sport and real life—and their training is entirely different.

Reality/Practical Self-Defense Programs

· General and introductory programs for different groups.

· 60 minute single sessions, to 12-hour modules.

· Private & group instruction.

· On-site training or at our centre.

· Customized curriculum and professional instruction.

· Children, women, seniors

· Family

· Executive

· Professional law enforcement

· Training includes applicable theory, psychology and technique.

 

Sport and Competition Programs

· Technique training and non-touch sparring.

· Light to medium contact sparring (typical tournament style).

· Kickboxing and sanshou full contact sparring formats.

· Traditional kung fu light to full contact full technique.

· Weapon sparring: short, medium, long, double.
