Competition

The purpose of any traditional martial art is not about putting on a big show or winning a prize. Martial arts competition training and participation can be a vehicle for self-transformation and growth.

Preparing for competition requires dedication and commitment. Testing our skills under pressure in a safe, controlled environment can be a rewarding experience.

Lion and Dragon Teams

These represent the highest development potential for the Kung Fu team.

Members bring their own unique qualities and expertise to the whole. Only then, does the real spirit of the art and School shine.

Performance Team

In Kung Fu performances we represent our School and promote our art. Personal excellence and teamwork are key.

Classroom

Starting from our Teaching Assistants to our Instructor Training Program, we seek to develop qualities that make an excellent coach, instructor, teacher, or master.

Discipleship

This is the deepest level and is a lifelong bond to the School. In ceremony, a formal commitment is made between student and master. The student learns special skills and knowledge of the master, and in turn develops themselves toward operating their own branch in our System and pass the teachings to the next generations.
