Sifu Mrazek began his study of Kung Fu in Saskatchewan, Canada several years ago under Master Lee Chi Wai. In his more than twenty-five years martial arts experience, his work has been integral to promoting Chinese martial arts and culture in Canada. Sifu Mrazek has degrees in education, music performance as well as advanced studies in massage therapy, chiropractic medicine and a deep interest in Chinese medicine. A Naturopathic Medicine physician, he currently practices in Regina Canada.

Styles: Several styles of internal and external Chinese martial arts, with a focus in Praying Mantis and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. His traditional training includes a wide range of qigong for health and martial arts. Sifu Mrazek also has a keen interest in the art of traditional Lion Dancing. Competition: Nationally certified tournament official. Competition experience is extensive, winning multiple gold medals in hand forms, weapons and sparring and other divisions.
