Kids Kung Fu (ages 6-12). Mondays at 6PM, this class will be held at Massey School Gym (131 Massey Rd). Enter the building from front doors. This 12-week course starts September 15 and runs through December 8. There are no classes October 13. Registration will be through the Whitmore Park Community Association. https://whitmorepark.ca/kung-fu-classes/. Register in-person on Sept. 15, or online if available. Fun, fitness & focus! Developing strong bodies is complemented with the learning of manners, focus and social skills. This is key during these critical developmental years. Along with a variety of foundational Kung Fu skills, we’ll also cover some basic street-smart self-defense. Required: clean, indoor-only runners.
