Kids Kung Fu martial arts ages 6-12. Sundays at noon, this class will be held at Glencairn Rec Centre, 2626 Dewdney Ave E. This 8-week course starts April 6. Registration now open, through the Glencairn Community Association (https://www.zeffy.com/ticketing/childrens-kung-fu-spring--2025). There are no classes Sundays April 20, May 18 or June 1. Fun, fitness & focus! Developing strong bodies is complemented with the learning of manners, focus and social skills. This is key during these critical developmental years. Along with a variety of foundational Kung Fu skills, we’ll also cover some anti-bullying tactics and basic street-smart self-defense. Required: clean, indoor-only runners.
