Discover the joy of learning and strengthening your mind and body with Tai Chi! This health and wellness program is suitable for anyone committed to learning, regardless of current ability or fitness level. We recommend you take both sessions every week. This registration includes Monday and Wednesday sessions for December 2025. Starting January 2026, fees will be payable in 3-month installments. Fees must be paid before participating in classes. This program is held the upstairs, Fireside Room, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 190 Massey Rd. Enter from the parking lot side doors along the left side of the church. How to join this program: You can book directly through this website. The program fees are payable when you first join and then at the start of each new class term. This booking offers both Monday and Wednesday enrollment at a special, reduced rate. If you join anytime during after the class term after the start date, contact us first. We’ll prorate your tuition accordingly. (Students joining in month 3 will automatically be signed up for the next 3-month term, to allow your training to continue uninterrupted.) Q: If I register for only one class per week, can I attend either day? A: Floating training days are not permitted. You may attend only your registered session day and there are no make-up classes for absences. Q: Can I pay only for one month? A: Sorry, no. We want committed learners—even if you’re only in it for the recreation. In our experience, students do best when they commit to learning Tai Chi for at least three months. Q: Can I try a class for free? A: You are welcome to try a class for $20, by appointment only. These try-out opportunities will be held during classes the first week of each month.
