Wednesdays at 6PM & Saturdays at 11AM. Adults, all levels. Course material focuses on level 1 foundation training--essential skills for everyone to master! Required: uniform top and student-supplied comfortable (black, recommended) pants and clean, indoor-only runners. Note: This is a course that permits drop-in attendance. The instructor will be teaching according to the course syllabus. Drop-in participants are welcome to attend for their own interest and follow along to the best of their abilities. Course Content: Basic Kung Fu theory, etiquette, counting. Basic Breathing Skills Warmup & Joint Strengthening Fire & Water Chi Kung method Leg, hip and back flexibility training Stretch Kick Flexibility Empty Hand Palm/Block Techniques 5-Wheel Waist Power Training Punching Training 5-Element Stance Training 5-Element Circular Orbit Training Form: Eight Steps of Shaolin, pt. 1
