Service Description

Adults: beginners and welcome to all levels.  The road to mastery; learn all the essential skills of Kung Fu! ​Course material focuses on essential skills of traditional Chinese martial arts for everyone to master! Pacing is set for beginner learners, however advanced practitioners will be guided according to their abilities. ​ Required: uniform top and student-supplied comfortable (black, recommended) pants and clean, indoor-only runners.  ​ ​Course Content: Basic Kung Fu theory, etiquette, counting Basic breathing skills Warmup & joint strengthening Reflex & coordination training Health Chi Kung methods Martial breathing methods Leg, hip and back flexibility training Kicking and leg skills Blocking and defensive skills 5-Wheel Waist Power training Punching training 5-Element stance training 5-Element Circular Orbit training Introduction to Forms (Empty Hand Patterns) and more...

All passes, programs and event access purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you cancel a booked drop-in at least 8 hours prior to session start time, the class pass will be credited back to your account.
