Service Description

Saturdays at 9AM. Adults, all levels. The three principles of Kung Fu are, 'work hard, do your best, never give up'. ​This course applies the Kung Fu principles through a lens of strength and fitness. Transform yourself inside and out with Kung Fu! We'll use some traditional and modern approaches to challenge everyone according to their abilities. ​Develop strength and endurance, power and speed! Hone your balance, focus, reaction time! ​Required: uniform top and student-supplied comfortable (black, recommended) pants and clean, indoor-only runners.

Cancellation Policy

All passes, programs and event access purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you cancel a booked drop-in at least 8 hours prior to session start time, the class pass will be credited back to your account.
