This session features Kids Kung Fu (ages 6-12), and Adult Kung Fu martial arts. Saturdays at 9:30AM, this class will be held at Grant Road School Gym, 2501 Grant Rd. Enter the building from the door adjacent to the playground/staff parking lot. Doors lock automatically, so knock loudly when you arrive. This 12-week course runs September 13 through December 8. Registration is managed through the Whitmore Park Community Association. https://whitmorepark.ca/kung-fu-classes/. Register in-person on Sept. 13, or online if available. Fun, fitness & focus! Developing strong bodies is complemented with the learning of manners, focus and social skills. This is key during these critical developmental years. Along with a variety of foundational Kung Fu skills, we’ll also cover some basic street-smart self-defense. Required: clean, indoor-only runners.
