This session features groups for Kids (ages 7 & up), youth and adult Kung Fu martial arts. Saturdays at 9:30AM, this class will be held at Grant Road School Gym, 2501 Grant Rd. Enter the building from the door adjacent to the playground/staff parking lot. Doors lock automatically, so knock loudly when you arrive. Developing strong bodies is complemented with the learning of manners, focus and social skills. This is key during these critical developmental years. Along with a variety of foundational Kung Fu skills, we’ll also cover some basic street-smart self-defense. Required: clean, indoor-only runners. Equipment fee.
